Customer Service Representative
Description
Processing short term loans, taking customer payments, and calling customers to remind them of loans due.
Daily Duties
Opening the store, loan processing, processing cash payments, maintaining accurate drawer balance, filing paperwork, and answering the phones.
Skills Required
Must be able to navigate custom software on a computer (training will be provided). Must be able to balance a cash drawer. Must have good customer service skills. Must be able to work independently without constant oversight.
